Well this is difficult post to compose. First off I would like to tell Joey that I love miss you. You were a son to me if even only my step son, you were someone whom I truly tried to guide with honesty and any wisdom I might have garnered in my 40 years. So just know that I loved you son even if you haven’t heard me say it enough.

Moving on though, I would truly like to thank the family that pulled together to help us through these times. Susie and Kyle, thank you so much for putting up with the home invasion we laid down upon you guys. Your house is so beautiful inside and out, but what truly seperates your house is the love and caring that you showered down upon myself and Tracy not to mention the rest of the family that came by for shelter.

Robert, Jill, and Kim, what can I say about you guys, yall rock, always have, always will. Coming down from RI, driving is a big journey and your support was so needed by Tracy and myself. Thanks guys, we love you all!

Phil, Denise, Yvonne, and Nichole, I’ve only ever met Denise I think, but your guys love and warmth were truly a godsend. You make me feel like your family and I hope that we see each other more often then these tough times. You guys are always welcome in our house and I hope we’ll be able to show you guys the same love and affection that yall have shown us! Thank you!

Andre & Ruthann, I am so sorry Andre. I hate what has happened, but your comfort and sharing of the life and spirit of your son is so appreciated and I hope you understand that Joey meant a lot to me. I know you’ve lost so much though and I just want you to know we’re here for you guys in any way we can be. I felt you’ve truly accepted me and I hope that you know I feel the same way. Best wishes my friend we love you guys!

Alfred, Tina and Ayla, you guys are such a support for Jackie and I thank you for that. But moreso then that you guys are just part of our family. You treat us that way and I hope we treat you that way. I hope that Alfred can call me Daddy and not feel weird, because I feel he’s my son. Whats up man? I’ll have to be gettin a ps3 so we can hang out online and talk some smack :)

Jackie and Sarah, you guys are like my daughters to me. I know I’m an asshole and hardass to you two but I do so because somewhere in my mind I think I’m helping you guys become better. I just want you guys to do great for yourselves and your children. But I do love you guys with all my heart and would never want any harm to come upon either of you or your children. So keep yer heads up lil soldiers daddies here and I got yer back, always…

Tracy, I’m so sorry my love. I know of no words I can say to make things better. But I am here for you and will always be here.

Lastly I’d just like to say to everyone if you ever feel like you need someone to talk to please just call me before you ever consider anything to harm yourself. I love you and don’t ever want to have to deal with a situation like this again…

Weekend in May

So, me and Tracy had a nice weekend this past one and I took some pics. We went and stayed at the Holiday Inn on Friday night after hanging with Ashley and Gordon for a while. Why we stayed at the Holiday Inn is a completely different story. One which we will not mention here :) Oh yeah the pics are over there to the right under Friends and fun ———>>>

Anyways, we also may be moving in the next month or so to a new apartment. One which has windows larger then a shoebox and is actually right next door lol. Excited about that, but on a sad note, the apartment is currently occupied by a little old lady named Edna who used to own the house the apartment is in. She, I guess gave the house to her daughter who in turn made the house into an upstairs and downstairs apt and rented the top out while letting her mom live in the bottom. So I guess the way things are going right now, daughter can’t manage the mortgage, so has to move her mother out of her house that she was meant to live in for the rest of her life and rent it out. Kinda sucks for Edna, but if we weren’t goin to rent it someone else would.

Hope all is well with all of j00. Hmm here is a pic of Tracy anxiously awaiting her Dominos checking out the online timer LOL. Imagine that haha!

Emerald Isle 2009

Such a bummer, we’re back from vacation :( Sheesh, back to work, back to the grind, BOOHOOOHOO! On top of it all I forgot the damn camara so had to pick up a junker from walkmart. It seemed to do ok and we’re gunna give Jacqueline the camara so she can take pics of her family soits all good I guess. So to the beach, man I took a ton of pics. The place was so beautiful, here you will find pics of Alana giving the tour of the house. She’s such a ham, I had to position her for each pic, it was so funny, like in this pic I said ok now, hold yer hands out like this and say YAY, while wiggling my arms like she has LOL, too funny. Took a ton of pics, went to aquarium with alissa and Alana, ate some great food every day, saw family that we dearly miss and love, damn we sure didn’t wanna come back :(. Vacation Coming!!!

WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!! I am completely stoked right now. Next week is vacation and check this out, I didn’t even know it, but Friday is Good Friday and I’ve got that day off as well! LOLZ, well too bad Tracy doesn’t but thats not my problem ;) She’s got patriots day off instead which I don’t. So I guess it all works out. Oh Patriots day is 4/20 this year. Its a big New England holiday for all our Southern Buddies.

Oh, I put up a few shots from March over there and I made a work gallery page. Tracy took some shots at her work CMARC which are awesome. Tracy does wonderful work with Autistic young adults. These young men and women are truly wonderful people who really are not understood and need caring attention and I really am proud of the work that she does there. Most of the people we hang out with work there so perhaps we’ll start filling up those galleries some with more pics.

I put up a couple of pics of me being me of course, DA Tommy, thats Dumbass in case you weren’t aware lol. Anyways hope all is going well with you guys, things are going great for us. We’re going on vacation next week as I mentioned, we’re renting a beach house in Emerald Isle, NC, so I’ll be sure to take a bunch of pics of that. Can’t wait to see Alissa and all the Kids/Grandkids, I bet they’ll be so big and won’t even remember us. NAHHHH they’ll remember mimi thats fo sho, perhaps they’ll forget mean ol Tommy though lol!

So couple weeks ago, Tracy and I went to Jill and Robs for one of their and our friends 50th birthday party. Well, it wasn’t her birthday yet, it was a surprise and it went well.

Anyways we did the thing that we always do when we go over to Jill and Robs which is basically just have a great time with some great people, party down, and get fucked up! YEAH!!! I said it! Thats right, get fucked up!!! But hey, there is no better people to hang with love em all.

So I have certainly been the lazy bastard when it comes to keeping this site updated, much apologies. I’m so sincerely sorry that I’ve not posted anything here.. LOL Yeah right got another case of gold here I’d like to sell ya if you keep buying that shit :)

Anyways, we’ve been taking a few pics here and there. Tracy went with Gordy and Ashley to see some Christmas lights a while back. I know I know, Tommy, why the hell couldn’t you get off yer fat ass and quit playing wow for half an hour to spend some qt with those you love? Pshh you know me, one lazy bastege :( After seeing the pics and the movie, I certainly am sorry I didn’t go. You really do miss so much being a lazy bastard. BTW if you noticed I got a link on Gordy’s name up there, you simply must check it out. Its a site I put up for him with a sampling of his work, check it out he rawks.

Slothly Update

So today I join you from 620 Post Oak Dr. If not in body, perhaps in spirit. Its where I grew up and at times begin to realize how much I miss home. Bah, not really, home is where the heart is to me. After ten years in the corps, then Charlotte NC, Havenot NC, Hubert NC, and finally now in Boston Ma. What a run. Its been good though and I’d not change but a couple things about it, if you can call women things :)

Anyways just a quick post because I’ve been so damn pathetic about updating. I will let ya in on a little something I’ve been working on though. I’ve started writing in my free time. With a pen and paper if you can imagine that! Its something which I enjoy and at times I’ve had a decent knack for. I’m just trying now to see how much I can string together and if it turns out any good. I’ve had some ideas bout posting some of it here, but not too sure.

Anyways, I’d like to give a shout out to our nation and the courage and progress we as a people have shown the world in this last election. I know there are those still out there who feel that the only right way, is the white way, but that feeling is rapidly becoming a thing of the past. I recently heard a relative tell me those words and I truly was saddened to hear them say such a thing. But whatever the case may be the people have spoken and they have stated their feelings on the matter loud and clear. I once again believe that our system can work the way our founding fathers meant. Truly I believe we as a nation have come together and chosen the best candidate for the job, together.

So today I’m driving along in my trusty Ford 150 Service truck like the good little standard plant technician that I am and I’m just thinking to myself… Self… Damn it sure does look pretty in New England in the fall. I went up to New Hampshire today to help out one of my fellow techs and on my way back decided to drop by the swagelok store to pick up some fittins (=P) I drove by this little pond/lake/whatever and simply had to stop and snap some pictures.
